Quadri Aderogba is a versatile lawyer with key interest in corporate commercial law and insolvency practice with over a decade worth of experience in the legal circle. Mr Aderogba attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and graduated with L.L.B. (Hons) Bachelors of Law in 2010. He proceeded to theNigerian Law School where he obtained his B.L and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2012.
Mr. Aderogba has a wide range of experience in Commercial, Civil, Corporate, Litigation, Privatisation law etc. He forms part of the legal team advising the Federal Government of Nigeria on its guided liquidation strategy to dispose of all government shares/interest in the State owned telecommunication company, Nigeria Telecommunications PLC (NITEL) and its subsidiary, Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTEL).
Mr Aderogba conducted Receivership proceedings at the Lagos State High Court for a media and entertainment company instituted by GT Bank arising from the provision of a Guarantee for the purchase of additional TV content for the company’s sports channels being Carling, Champions League and UEFA Cup for the 2009-2012 worth $109M. He was also involved  in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/701/2016, FGN & 2 Ors V. ATLANTIC ENERGY DRILLING CONCEPTS NIGERIA LIMITED (AEDC) & 4 Ors involving claims of over $100m with respect to Strategic Alliance Agreement of Oil Mining Licenses with the Federal Government of Nigeria.
